Our worship, RE, nursery and hospitality materials are stored, and need to be set up and taken down every Sunday. We set up all our chairs and tables and prepare for the service and Fellowship Hour and then take down all these items once the service is done. We ask all members to help with setup and takedown of the church, and bring goodies on Sundays. Individuals/couples/families are asked to provide one Sunday of service each month, based on your last name. Setup and takedown leaders are available at each service to let you know how you can help, and there are tasks for all abilities. Please plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m. or stay till 12:30 p.m. In addition to sweets, hospitality would welcome the following to the snack table: packaged meats such as sliced pepperoni or Italian sausage that do not require refrigeration, cheese and crackers, cheesecake, olives, fresh vegetables, dried fruit, canned pineapple chunks or washed fresh fruit, gluten free and vegan snacks and nuts. After discussion with members with and without allergies, peanuts will be allowed on the snack table. Please let Religious Education and Hospitality know, however, if you or your children have life-threatening allergies. Our schedule is: A-D, 1st Sunday of the month E-K, 2nd Sunday L-R, 3rd Sunday S-Z, 4th Sunday Everyone on 5th Sundays |
